The location was very convenient. It was easy to find and near the town centre. Fresh towels were provided every day. Water bottles and toiletries were also supplied daily.
My room was quite small. The en-suite was also a challenge (i found it difficult to move). There was only a small rail for clothes. The room was overpriced.

i loved the live music on saturday evening with fagen in the pub downstairs. i felt so welcomed by the locals. breakfast was also great with so many choices and it was cooked perfectly. the fresh towels, water bottles, and toiletries every day were a really sweet touch.

the hotel is easy to find, and the parking facilities are a real bonus. it is central to many places, and it is a great location to bring children. turning left, you find yourself on salthill promenade after a ten minute walk.

the staff were polite and helpful. in the evening, bar staff couldn't do enough. breakfast had more than we could eat. the hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast cooked to order, great!

The room i stayed in was above the pub. The noise level was noticeable until late at night. i should have asked for a room elsewhere.

I really liked the bar food. The fish and chips were spot on. the room was very clean and having tea and coffee in the room was a total win! plus, it was super convenient being so close to the hospital. I found free parking close to the entrance. So very convenient.
My only tiny gripe is that the room was a tad small. But honestly, i didn't spend much time in there anyway!

The staff was so attentive and friendly, that was just amazing! i really loved the car park. Access to it was easy. complimentary breakfast was delicious and i was very happy with it!
the room was pretty small, i have to say. the shower had bad pressure, a little disappointing after a long day. i think i hear traffic and the pub downstairs, it wasn't the best sleep.
